Cancellation for Daily Charters:

  • 14 days or more: Full refund (minus processing fees).
  • 7–13 days: A Coupon Code will be issued (valid for 3 months).
  • 1–6 days: No refund; full payment required.
  • 24 hours or less: No refund; full payment required.
  • Refund does not include any expenses already incurred prior to service. Non-refundable fees may vary depending on type of charter/ cancellation time.

Weather Policy:

If weather is unfavorable, you may reschedule or request a refund, depending on the captain's recommendation.

Mechanical Issues:

If possible and if time allows we will attempt to rebook the same day on one of our other boats. If not possible, we will issue a partial refund for time not spent on the Charter.

Weather-Related Early Return:

If the captain ends the trip early due to weather, you’re charged only for the time spent on the charter.

Additional policies:

Pandemics, Hurricanes, or any other Natural Occurrences out of both of our control, coupon codes will be issued to where both parties will not lose any money.

Since we are in the service industry you are not required to pay the sales tax on the charter but a minimum 18% Gratuity is encouraged for the Captain. It should be paid directly to the Captain.

Waivers must be signed for trips that you have to leave the vessel; Eco Tour/Shelling trips.

Photos or videos taken while aboard our charters may be used for our social media posts and website at our discretion, unless otherwise requested. To be excluded from our social media posts, please email us at brianwba85@yahoo.com.
